Active against the risk factors which can lead to a heart attack
Obesity, bad eating habits, high blood pressure, nicotine, too much stress, too little exercise – these are the most common risk factors for a heart attack. According to scientific results of the American cardiologist Doctor Dean Ornish, psychological stress has an additional important impact.
Buchinger Therapeutic Fasting lowers risk factors such as obesity, cholesterol and high blood pressure.
It is combined with individually developed cardio-fitness and personal training, with psychological stress analysis, consultations and relaxation exercises.
