An new DVD with book by our active and creative chef Hubert Hohler is now available.

This new book with DVD contains basic recipes and vegetarian barbecue recipes. The DVD was created during the three-week shoot of the “Radio Cape Cod” film. The film made by the actors and film crew was to be a special one. The director, Andrew Silver, is a passionate follower of Buchinger’s bio-gourmet cuisine and – by drawing on this kind of light and delicious vegetarian food – he sought to heighten the special atmosphere created during the cast and crew’s three-week sojourn at a beautiful, remote summer residence on a promontory of Cape Cod.
