General terms & conditions

Please observe the following terms and conditions for your stay at Buchinger Bodensee:

1. We can confirm the reserved room category, but not a specific room.

2. Please promptly return the registration form after receiving the confirmation of the reservation.

3. An initial payment of 1.500.- Euro must be made by transfer or by presentation of your credit card by at least 10 days before arrival. For a 14-day-stay a subsequent payment of 1.000 Euro and for a 21-day-stay of 2.000 Euro, respectively, is requested. In case of long-term stays of more than 28 days, you will be presented with an interim invoice at 4-weekly intervals, which has to be settled within 3 days.

4. The reserved room will be available from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival.

5. Kindly vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. on your day of departure, otherwise this day will be additionally charged for.

6. You can cancel your reservation up to 10 days prior to the arrival date without incurring any costs. For reservations cancelled on shorter notice, you will be invoiced 50 % of the daily rate for five days maximum if we are unable to rebook the room. This also applies for guests who arrive after or leave prior to the arrival and departure dates previously agreed upon.

7. Prolonging your stay beyond the reserved and confirmed duration or any other alterations concerning your stay are only possible in agreement with our reservation department and may involve a change of rooms.

8. Only one package can be reserved per stay. No reimbursement can be made for unused services included in a package.

9. All services will be invoiced according to the price list in force at the time.

10. Appointments for individual treatments must be cancelled by 12 a.m. the previous day. After that time they will be charged even if the patient fails to make use of them. 11. One of your credit cards and, for first-time patients, the identity card or passport will be registered on your arrival.

12. Visitors or persons accompanying patients can stay up to three days after consulting the reservation department. From the fourth day onwards they will be considered to be patients and the regular daily rates will be charged. The consultation of a doctor will also be compulsory.
