But, if a guest has got difficulties in walking or is very limited in his/her ability and nevertheless wants to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Lake Constance, we offer every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday a walking group D. Its walking speed will be lower and the distances shorter than in group C. The walk will last approx. 30 minutes.
YOGA and EUTONIE Waltraud Kuhn, on Tuesday and Thursday
Yoga is a combination of body positions, breathing, relaxation and concentration. A classical yoga session consists of stretching, strengthening exercises while breathing deeply and to deepen the posture. It leads to deep relaxation and intense energy. The eutonie exercises help us to get more sensitive for the functions of our own body.
MEDITATION on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (Introduction on Monday)
The aim of the meditation is to calm down our thoughts and to train the internal attentiveness without distraction and without falling asleep. ZEN is the in Japan developed form and method of the meditation while sitting upright and keeping silent. |
