Through perceiving and experiencing one’s own habitual moves, the ability of moving easier and healthier can be acquired through a learning progress of intuitive searching and finding. A learning method whose complementary approach can influence the quality of the own life in a physical, spiritual and mental way. Tuesday15th July 2008 - 7.30 pmMedical conference: "Buchinger therapeutic fasting for body and soul"Dr. Norbert Lischka
Dr. Otto Buchinger (1878 – 1966) has been healed from his rheumatism in 1919 through a fasting experience: “19 days after water fasting (…) I was weak and emaciated, but I was able to use my joints again like a healthy recruit. This treatment saved my existence and my life.” Therapeutic fasting effects a purification and detoxification of the body, reduces the „too much“ and stimulates the self-healing power of the body, esp. in case of rheumatism and diabetes. In addition, it makes oneself more sensitive, more delicate more attentive for the conscious and unconscious feelings, those which make you ill and those which make you healthy. On the spiritual level it helps (in connection with silence) to get in touch with our own inner self with the effort for luck and love. Do we see with the eyes or do we see with the brain? Since the brain selects less tan 1% of the impressions which are transmitted to it through our retina and our nervous system? All these fascinating question will be commented by top scientists and enlightened people.
