An „active programme“ for younger people under 30 years of age

The Junior Programme comprises an array of activities and therapies tailored to the needs of young people and offers a wide range of age-based therapies and motivating activities. The Programme consists of two parts: a sports programme and evening activities in combination with an 800 kcal diet. Juniors who are fasting cannot participate in the sports programme. However it may be possible to take part in some of the evening activities. The success of your stay depends on your compliance with the “Buchinger Junior Success Rules“. At the start of your stay you will sign an agreement, in which you will pledge to do everything in order to achieve your goals.

Recommended length of stay: At least 21 days, maximum 42 days.

The Idea

• To acquire tools, skills and knowledge for keeping weight stable once you have returned to your everyday life.

The Content

 

The programme is built on three pillars:

1. Daily sports and exercise adapted to your individual situation, Fitness training under supervision, matched to individual needs e.g. Water gymnastics, water ball, strength training, circuit training, beach volleyball, badminton/tennis, frisbee, cycling tours, canoeing, climbing and high rope courses, water skiing, wakeboarding, dancing, self-defence

 

2. Programme for a balanced diet

Cooking and eating together under guidance – recipes for young people, presentations and films about healthy nutrition, Creative Detox cuisine

 

3. Psychological support in the group

(gender-specific when required)

Clear portrayal of motivation, creation of an individual success plan, training for developing a new body consciousness, discussion sessions about eating behaviour, group discussions, mind-body-training, art and creative therapy

 

Prices

 

2 weeks „Buchinger Classic“ package or „Buchinger Premiere“(for first-time guests) in the room category “Standard”: From 3.636,00 E including meals from the Creative Detox kitchen + 150,00 E per week for the complete Junior Programme (e.g. excursions, giagnostics, material).
